With the mini-olympics well underway, thoughts must turn to the end of championship extravaganza that is finals night.
The grand finale will this year be held on Fri July 19th, when the traditional tug-of-war contest will round off the competition in style. When we're not busy desperately wishing for good weather, we are planning a BBQ outside the pH bar to follow the medals ceremony with a small charge per sausage/burger.

As usual with such events we need an idea of numbers to allow us to cater adequately, so please reply to this email
if you think you will come, and indicate if you are vegetarian.  Please could you also ask and respond on behalf of any staff not on email.
