Rules & Format :
Relay, Team of 6 at least 2 females.
This year the relay legs are 6 x 200m.
There will a draconian time penalties of 1:00 minute for not fielding 6 runners.

Tuesday 24 June 2014, 5.45pm practice for 6.00pm start.
Please be on time - late arrivals may be disqualified with the organiser’s decision being final.
