New Kettlebells Class run by Anthea McCourtie, at the Ups Club.
Looking for fat loss,
improved muscular tone, functional strength or all of the above? Then why not give kettlebells a go!
Kettlebells provide a great
all over body workout, combining both cardio and strength training –
especially around the core, glutes and hamstrings.
I’ll be running a
kettlebell class on Mondays at 12 noon at the Ups club for all abilities.
