The running group meets at 12.30pm every Wednesday at the entrance to the Ups Club (Downs Hall).
Our usual
route is about 3 miles (~5 km) using quiet residential roads and woodland
paths, with options to make it shorter or extended. There is plenty of scope
for exploring new routes.
New runners of all capabilities from both RMH
and ICR are welcome. No need to book - just come along.
