Dear All,
Just further to sending out the AGM
minutes for approval last month, I just wanted to tell you there were no
concerns or major corrections from anyone - so they've now happily gone on
their 'summer holidays' to the web:

In view of this happy occasion - we can now start the long awaited debates !
The first of which is our
constitution - which has been lurking beneath the surface since about the early
days of the 'typewriter'.
The draft version tabled at the AGM
is attached and is also pasted at the web (http://intra.icr.ac.uk/upsdowns/_sq_constitution.htm).
Please let me know your thoughts on it - particularly the 'play at your own
risk' section, so that we can sign it off and present it to the Ups and Downs
Management Committee.
Once this is done we can get on with
the more exciting stuff !
