was settled by BACS - full payment completed on 12 May 2009 (£3795 incl). Confirmation of receipt
of payment from Martin Howe 14 May 2009.

Of the 4
committee members that responded there was no disagreement with the £3300 + VAT
charge that was finally agreed with the contractor.

the arrangement that was suggested. We have already made a test payment of £100 via BACS to the
contractor, and so based on the consensus we will arrange for the balance

shade of brilliant white, or provide dark safety glasses to protect us from
the glare! Mark Ps I am not sure if the floor needs regular washing at the moment as
it was very dusty last week.
