Subject: Squash Court Painting Refurbs - Update 06.05.09

Dear All,

Just to update you on this.

Four committee members responded and there was no disagreement with the arrangement that was suggested.

We have already made a test payment of £100 via BACS to the contractor, and so based on the consensus we will arrange for the balance of £3695 to now be paid.

Cheers,

Steve

Steve

I am happy with this but next time can we use a slightly darker shade of brilliant white, or provide dark safety glasses to protect us from the glare!

Mark

Ps I am not sure if the floor needs regular washing at the moment as it was very dusty last week.

Yes, happy with this and as you say, it sounds as though the extra work was probalby worth it in the long run.

Steve

this sounds a good outcome to me.

Thanks and well done for chasing up the unexpected charges and amicably agreeing the final price ((from someone who has recently spent too much of my life negotiating with builders...))
