Squash Court / Request for Patient Access from RMH Physio / Thanks
Dear Simon
& Mark,
Thanks very
much for your kind input and support for this idea.
I fed back
the approval to the RMH Physiotherapists, but the patient in question had
already gone home.
They would
like to keep this as a future option, so I'll update the Guest & Taster Policy
accordingly to cater for this......
Cheers,
Steve

Re: Squash Court / Request for Patient Access from RMH Physio
Hi All,
I would
say, at this point, with a relatively small number of regular users, that
anything we can do to make the Marsden feel that the squash court is being well
used and is more valuable to them than having the footprint with no building
encumbering it (!) is a good thing.
So I concur
with Mark.
Best
wishes,
Simon

Steve
I am happy
for this activity to happen assuming that all your conditions are met.

Squash Court / Request for Patient Access from RMH Physio
I've just
had a request (see below) from an RMH Physio to take a patient to the squash
court for a knock.
This is not
something we would normally consider, as when we used to be 'busy' we were not
encouraging members to bring 'guests' on a regular basis because of insurance
restrictions and the risk of opening the 'flood gates' to non members.
We do
however have a 'guest' or 'taster' policy that covers us for these situations,
so can I canvas your opinions on this request please ?

I have
asked for a general fitness report for the patient (see below) and I think if
there was committee approval, then we should also have an RMH manager consent
for patient safety etc... if this is related to patient treatment.
I look
forward to hearing back from you,
Cheers,
Steve
