Just a short
line to update you.
There were no
specific responses to the proposal of subsidising the food provision for next
Thurday’s David
Lloyd Fun Night (hyperlinked). So in view of this I will take ‘Chairman’s Action’ and sanction this proposal on behalf of the

I’m still in
the process of arranging a date for the AGM. More news to follow….

Dear Committee,
Could you please circulate
your thoughts on the following proposal:
For the proposed David Lloyd
Night I propose the club subsidises food provision for first the 12 people
who sign up and go on the ‘play list’.
We are also allowing anybody
else to attend as spectators and use the pool etc (family member attendance to
be advised by Ron), but they may have to make a contribution or purchase food
from the café area.
Can you please reply by end
of work tomorrow so that the emails can go out to ICR and RMH on Tues 1st
